And I am back :)
It has been a while since my last blog entry. I have been 60% busy and 40% lazy to write. I just realized I didn’t have anything posted for April. So here are some April highlights:
1. My sister, Nicolai’s 18th Birthday!
Time really flies so fast that I didn’t even realize that my naughty little sister is of legal age already! I got so excited about her party and I was the event coordinator. It was my first event and even if it wasn’t the most perfect party at least I had fun and I learned quite a lot from it :) Btw, the theme was Sailor and I love her second outfit .
PS. for those who want to hire me to be your events coordinator, text me up at 09053605305. I know the most affordable things to offer in your events and my services are not costly. SAVE TIME, STRESS and ENERGY! :)
2. My 2...1st birthday!
Yes I am that young! :D I had a pre-birthday celebration with BezzLess and we surely had an awesome sleepover. Thanks to Soberclub for the drinks we were all sooooo drunk. haha! We played tons of games too. Thanks to B for the surprise! I received a pretty bouquet of pink roses and sansrival (that I have been craving for months then!). I cant help but smile when I received everything and while B asked me to dance to Justin Bieber’s One Less Lonely Girl :"> Soooo sweet :”> Thank you B and Bezzless :)
My birthday itself was celebrated with the whole family including some extensions in a private resort in Laguna.
3. Start of my internship for two companies. BIR and GLOBAL City Innovative College. So far it has been good. Here are some of the things I did last week:
For GLOBAL, last Tuesday we were busy encoding in the admissions department but our other supervisor called us to move to the GIS building for a photoshoot with Celebrity Living Magazine under the Mega Publishing House. Chef Rosebud from QTV’s Quickfire was the one who is going to be featured in the magazine this coming June. I met the different people from the magazine and found their work interesting but probably I would want to work with a fashion magazine :) That day too, I was asked by my boss, Sir Bolanos, to write press releases, articles and marketing project proposals for the company. I had to finish the grad article first and thank God I was really in the mood to make my mind work that I finished it just before the day ended.
Last Thursday, we worked for the admissions department again and later that day we were tasked to do a report of the inquiries for the school. We had to do it in 3 hours for the report the next day. We had to tally and check all the forms then we had to put it in a graph and make it presentable for the board of trustees to see. I was so happy to see them very pleased with what we did and they even asked us to set a day where we can teach them how to make those kind of reports.
Saturday too was hectic, we needed to finish some graphs again for the school as asked by the Marketing department then later that day we had to pack things up for the Mother’s day event in Glorietta 5. We are going to have a cupcake decorating and shake making workshop. We packed brochures, flyers and certificates for 200 participants. Later that day, we went to GE Monogram Experience in Serendra where we will have the GLOBAL Celebrity Culinary classes. We met IC Mendoza, Pui a fashion designer, Samantha Oh, host and a model. They were assisted by Chef Nancy and we indulge in a scrumptious dinner as they prepared Chinese Cuisine. We had to assist them because the classes are a project of the marketing department.
I hope I would be able to blog more soon. I will try to post the articles that I am writing for Global :D
